Carnival of Music
In March 2018, JMU MTNA hosted a musical carnival full of fun and educational games and activites for location children. With help from all sorts of JMU musicians, we were able to create pull off a musical instrument zoo, and piano duet booth, a musical history show, and more. Best of all, we were able to help Ringmaster Bartók find and reconstruct the pieces to his latest composition!
Video will be posted soon!
Who Stole Mozart's Theme?
In April of 2017, JMU MTNA hosted a themed children's festival centered on discovering "Who Stole Mozart's Theme". With dozens of children participating and an afternoon of mystery and musical games, the festival was a huge success! Check out the video from the event below, and consider getting involved in our next spring festival!
